AI content must be labeled‼️

A bill has been introduced to the State Duma: videos created using AI may be required to be labeled, not only with a caption "made by neural network" but also with a technical mark in the file itself.

Why this is so important for businesses and experts to know:

1. AI videos are a big risk zone now
Many people are already making reels, warm-ups, ads, and educational videos with neural networks, which really improves business. But all of this may fall under the requirements.

2. Large fines for lack of labeling: sanctions of up to 50,000 rubles for individuals and up to 500,000 rubles for companies are being discussed.

3. Rules change faster than we can imagine.
Today you simply edited a video and posted it legally, and tomorrow you have already violated the requirements for AI content. And figuring it out on the fly is usually more expensive.
