In the previous post, I touched on the topic of reacting to others' actions. The situation can be anything, not necessarily about social dancing)
You may feel envy/judgment/other feelings towards others' actions. And this reaction primarily tells you about yourself.
Examples:
1️⃣A colleague expressed their opinion to management in front of everyone (annoying), 2️⃣a neighbor bought a new car (envy), 3️⃣a friend quit their job and switched to freelancing (judgment). What are the feelings you experience when seeing these situations about?

In sessions, it also happens that the "barrier" to achieving a goal is another person's behavior. But in the process of dialogue, by asking the right questions, the situation unfolds from a different angle. The reaction may be caused not only by external events but also by internal factors: fear, resentment, low self-esteem, etc. And it may speak about your attitude towards yourself in comparison with others.
Let's continue with an example
1️⃣A colleague can speak up in front of everyone - that's very brave. It annoys me because I can't, I'm afraid, what if I make a mistake. Better to stay silent. Staying silent = not making mistakes.
2️⃣A neighbor bought a car. I envy. I want one too. But such a car is just for showing off. Showing off = seeming better than others. Why would I need that? I'm not like that.
3️⃣A friend quit. I judge. Because I can't do it myself, I'm afraid of losing stability. It seems very frivolous. And I am responsible.

Understanding your attitude towards specific actions is about searching for limiting beliefs within yourself. These can affect different areas of life, not just communication with a specific person.
Realizing that this hinders your life and development is the first step towards a solution.

How can coaching help?
Identify recurring reactions. Track in which situations they arise. Understand what really lies behind them. Determine how you would like it to be. Learn to move from a new belief.
