Representatives of Vladivostok restaurant "Syrovarnya" file a complaint against the decision to close the establishment.

The restaurant's operations were suspended for 60 days. The reason: violations of sanitary standards. The inspection was conducted after a complaint from residents of a neighboring building about noise from the ventilation.

The company's head, Pavel Kuksov, told the editorial team that they only learned about the ruling from bailiffs. The bailiffs arrived at the restaurant on Friday evening, after the end of the workday. This came as a surprise to the company, and it was difficult to file a complaint quickly, as the weekend and holidays followed.

The company says that the necessary technical measures were taken ahead of schedule. They installed automatic shutdown of ventilation and climate equipment at night and carried out work to reduce noise.

Now the company is ready for repeated measurements and awaits a prompt review of the complaint. Due to the suspension of operations, part of the products are being donated to city charitable organizations.
