🔔 Real marketing is not about "pushing" but about relevance

I fell asleep with this thought yesterday, reflecting on why marketing often gets a biased attitude

In general, everything falls into place if you consider
👉 the rise in living standards (easier conditions for Gen Z and Alpha than for Millennials),
👉 the emergence of AI (getting task plans without engaging your brain),
👉 mass digitalization and the spread of remote work...

The barrier to entry into this field has become so low that anyone can now claim to be a "marketer" or "Head of PR." In reality, they reduce it to writing posts, setting up ads, inventing annoying slogans, and cunning strategies to manipulate customers.

No, that's all at the level of amateurs who want to make money online and start their journey with trainings full of misinformation, unprofessionalism, and stereotypes, turning marketing into magic that works in unknown ways, and clients into abstract aliens you need to pull a rabbit out of a hat for, something no one has ever done before 😀

For me, marketing is:
👉 how to polish a product so it is perceived as intended;
👉 how to ensure clients don't get lost and achieve a useful result for themselves;

Customer focus! Not all this — "we need to squeeze the audience," "let's make it a free-for-all, let them watch ads, the product doesn't matter"

And if you only look towards
"We need to reduce customer acquisition cost, it's all about the sources, all sources are bad, we need to find ideal ones with a cost of 1 kopeck per client. And let's change our positioning for the 20th time to something more trendy, then we'll definitely capture the market!"

— then there will never be results, because the problem is not fundamentally solved.
