The court satisfied the lawsuit of the Prosecutor General's Office and turned the property into state ownership. The list includes the sanatorium «Amursky Zaliv» (ROYAL PARK), the apart-hotel «Magnum», 12 land plots, 12 buildings, and 32 non-residential premises. The value of this property is estimated at several billion rubles.
