Today my day started with a call with a service for which I was acting as a client.

I discovered many mistakes that keep repeating over and over.

What surprised me most was that this time it wasn't an ordinary manager, but a CEO...

I've gathered 4 main RED flags that make your potential clients run away. + added how to avoid them

❌ 1. Talking non-stop, praising your service and telling about all possible features and use cases.
✅ Find out the client's request and tell them how to solve this task through your service. Let the client speak.

❌ 2. Hinting at the client's stupidity when they ask questions.
✅ Answer questions calmly. No question is stupid; the client may simply lack all the information.

❌ 3. Telling the client that you have many more calls. Rushing the client, being in a hurry yourself. Making the client feel unimportant.
✅ Allocate enough time for clients. Don't have 10 calls a day. Focus on quality, not quantity.

❌ 4. Arguing with the client, stubbornly proving that only your vision is true.
✅ Discuss a solution that works for both sides.
