😏 Stages of Customer Attitude Towards a Product

Advertisers usually overlook the facts that
👉 1. nobody knows who they are!
👉 2. their product is not trendy
👉 3. not only does the viewer not understand the message, but they are also angry at the very fact that they are seeing an ad.

🤔 So I thought about the stages a customer goes through when getting to know your product. It's so easy to assume that everyone already knows everything and is equally informed about everything.

Stage 1. 😩 Nothing is clear. What is this and who is it for?

↘️ At this stage, we show potential customers what we are promoting in the most accessible way. We are not afraid when some customers leave; that's normal.

Stage 2. 😋 It seems this can be useful. But hardly necessary for me

↘️ A certain % of customers will find it suitable. We meet existing demand. There's no need to try to create this demand through advertising.

Stage 3. 😢 I think I'll need it. Can I afford it?

↘️ Here you can direct customers to options that fit their budget. You can build a value ladder gradually, or offer a choice of different options for any wallet.

Stage 4. 🤩Damn! This is what I need. I will get it no matter what!

↘️ Simply call to action and remind them to do it.

Stage 5. 🕺 I'm so happy using this product, I'll tell friends and acquaintances about it to help them.

↘️ At this stage, we motivate them to talk about the product and publish reviews.

That's it. Simple enough. Essentially, it's dividing sales into stages — which is easily automated using Telegram bots.
