Married couples in Vladivostok and the region who have been in an official marriage for at least 25 years can receive the medal "For Love and Fidelity". Applications must be submitted before April 1 to one of the civil registry offices in Vladivostok on Gulbinovicha, Pechorskaya, or Okeansky Prospekt. Applications can be submitted by the spouses themselves or close relatives, but with the couple's consent.

The award ceremony takes place on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity. The medal was established in 2008 and is given to couples who have lived together for at least 25 years and participate in social and creative life. Applications are reviewed, and the decision is made by the organizing committee of the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives. Last year, 17 couples received the medal in Vladivostok.

The application must be accompanied by copies of documents confirming the identity of both spouses, the marriage certificate, birth certificates of children, and information about the couple as a candidate for the award.
