PART 1: 🗓 No More Rushing to the Cashier on the 10th: Utility Payment Deadlines Moved

If you've ever caught yourself thinking that the 10th comes too quickly and your salary hasn't arrived yet, we have good news.

From March 1, 2026, the deadline for paying utility bills is moved from the 10th to the 15th of the month following the billing period. That means for March, you can pay until April 15 inclusive.

Additionally, invoices must now be sent no later than the 5th—earlier than usual. All so that people have time to plan their budget without rush and stress.

The changes are not accidental: statistics show that most Russians receive their salaries in the middle of the month. Now the schedules are finally synchronized.
📌 Important nuance: if your contract with the management company specifies other deadlines (e.g., the 1st), the new rules take precedence. This is a federal law.

So if the management company demands a penalty for paying on the 12th, feel free to show them this amendment.

And yes, we still advise not to put it off until the last day—bank technical support on the 15th may be overloaded.
