In Angarsk, police are looking for a man in connection with a theft at a chain store in the 12th microdistrict. The store manager contacted Police Department No. 2 and reported that on December 12, 2025, in the afternoon, a man openly stole store property in the sales area.

Employees reviewed camera footage and identified a man captured in photos and videos. He appears to be 35–40 years old, height 175–180 cm, European facial features, normal build. He was wearing a two-tone jacket in black and dark green, light gray pants, dark athletic shoes, and a black hat with white stripes and the English inscription "Russia".
