Rosneft vs. Me: A Story of Disappointment

Today life forced me to stop at a gas station I had unconsciously avoided for years. And oh gods, I immediately remembered — WHY.

My visit to Rosneft is a ready-made guide "How Not to Work with a Customer":

• Invisible staff: 4 employees at the registers. Zero customers. Had to attract attention like in a school lesson. Just to be noticed.
• Ghost menu: On the huge screen, out of the entire "hot" list, only 2 items were available. Like in a post-apocalyptic cafe.
• Quest "Find the Lid": Coffee was made, but the lid had to be obtained on my own at the other end of the hall. Thanks for the mini-quest!
• Old-school payment: The cashier didn't even ask how I'd pay. Automatically rang up cash. Apparently, I have the face of a "cash-stuffed" person 🤷‍♂️ Reissuing the receipt was a separate 5-minute story.

Result: +15 minutes to the trip, a sea of irritation, and a simple conclusion: at other gas stations, all this takes much less time.

Am I being picky about Rosneft, or is it really not that great?

I'm waiting for your stories and opinions about gas station chains — who has the best service?
