Hello dear ones! 15 months of silence. And here's what happened during this time.

While the channel was frozen, I was doing two things in parallel. The first — I continued building products inside one of the country's largest corporations, Gazprom Neft. 100,000+ users, mobile apps in the top of the AppStore, grand prix of the international REX Awards for the best user experience — our whole team has something to be proud of.

The second — I started building my own product outside. Kupol.360 — an EdSafety application for the safety of educational institutions — schools, colleges, universities. From scratch, as an independent team. We are already preparing the first pilot this spring.

And that's exactly what I will write about. What a product launch looks like from the inside — with failures, pivots, and real numbers. How change management works in an environment where any innovation is met with skepticism by default.
No theory for theory's sake. No success for success's sake.
Only practice — corporate and startup at the same time.
