💡 Full-stack AI companies — the suggestion is not just to sell AI solutions to lawyers, but to become an "AI law firm" yourself and displace the old players. Don't serve the dinosaurs — become their replacement.

💡 AI Personal Assistant — an agent that actually does tasks, not just reminds you. It replies to emails, schedules meetings, completes routine processes. In the spirit of “to-do → done”.

💡 AI in education — personalized AI tutors with explanations in the style of 3Blue1Brown. Also, multimodal models that show, not just tell.

💡 Voice AI — calls with bots that are indistinguishable from humans. Already working, sounding like the future. Potential: a trillion calls per year.

💡 AI in finance — AI that knows everything about your finances, goals, and debts, and gives better advice than an expensive consultant. And without conflict of interest.

💡 Healthcare agents — in the US, $1 trillion in healthcare goes to admin alone. Now you can build agents that automatically process PDFs, forms, and data between systems.

They specifically urge designers to become founders: YC believes design is no longer just a "nice plus" but a key feature, like at Stripe and Airbnb.
