Such success can be explained by only one thing - people are tired of the hustle, people want simplicity and silence... And they don't just want it - they need it, their psyche demands it more and more every day. The day is not far when silence away from the hustle and bustle and problems will become more expensive than gold and more important than clean water.

Many still deny this, in the habit of fighting for unnecessary things and wasting life in a race for imposed values. But the reverse process has already begun.


💡 I predicted this (without analysis, by feeling) back in 2017, when I started my glamping project with the concept of "Apartment in the forest" (you can see old presentations here). At that time, there were less than 50 glamping-style recreation centers in the country. I couldn't find an investor because no one believed this format would be in demand back then - "Why pay for tents at hotel prices" - they told me.
