I exported all the posts from the channel. From the very first one. From 2016. And gave them to AI for analysis.
Almost 10 years of texts. Hundreds of posts. Everything I wrote here — at night after failed negotiations, in the morning with coffee when something clicked, on a plane, between calls, after a book, after a conversation that turned something inside.
I thought I knew what this channel was about.
Turns out — not quite.
Almost 10 years ago, 62% of posts were short. I shared links, collections, other people's thoughts. "Look what I found." Every fourth post started with a link. I was more of a curator of others' content than an author of my own.
Then there were years when the channel was almost silent. Bursts and pauses. No system.
And then something changed.
In 2026, the average post length is already 1019 characters. 40% of texts are longer than 800 characters. These are no longer notes — they are almost essays. And in almost every second post, the pronoun "I". Because only through the personal can you speak honestly.
Six themes that run through everything over these years: personal and reflection, discipline and focus, business, people and environment, content, meanings.
In 2026, the theme of meanings and learning appears in 70% of posts. The theme of people and community in 48%. Personal reflection in almost 78%.
I didn't build this as a strategy. I just lived, thought, wrote.
The channel turned out to be a diary I kept publicly. And only now, looking at all this at once, I saw how I changed.
From "look what I found" to "here's what I understood, and why it matters to you too."
But here's the main thing I realized.
This channel has existed for almost 10 years only because you are here. Those who have been reading from the very beginning. Those who joined recently. Those who read silently and never write, but I know you are there.
Thank you.
