⭐️ How we finally won an award at Workspace

Somehow we didn't make much of such an important news event. I want to revisit it and add some details.

So, on April 24, the Workspace Digital Awards ceremony took place, where we took third place with our case ITMO in the Chatbots nomination in the Digitalization and Transformation category.

You probably already understood that. BUT

First, I haven't shown you the video. Here it is.

Second, I want to talk more about the award and ceremony.

Last year, if you remember, we took second place at the same award in the same nomination with the Megafon case. We submitted four works, three of which made the shortlist (also great, by the way) and one of the cases received an award. Cool? Yes, definitely cool. We only lost to VTB, which made its own bot. I won't give the link 😁

So this year the situation essentially repeated. We submitted three works (RIF, an NDA mini-app, and ITMO). Two out of three cases made the shortlist (RIF and ITMO) and only ITMO was awarded.

What I want to say about this:

Again, VTB took first place in this nomination. To be honest, it's hard to compete with them, so I kind of exclude them from consideration. In other nominations, gold also goes to Sber, Alfa, Avito, etc. I don't even see the point in commenting on this.

Second place this time went (in my opinion, quite fairly) to a mini-app from guys from another company.

Our mini-app didn't make it anywhere, most likely because it's under NDA and you can't really play out various details. But, by the way, that doesn't make it less worthy in terms of implementation speed (after the Telegram update with mini-apps came out, we released it almost among the first of all mini-apps overall. I won't give more details because of NDA).

We also submitted RIF in the AI nomination, but there the competition was also very high and very strong works were awarded.

What am I getting at?

Next year we will fight again. We already have very strong cases at our disposal that just barely didn't finish before the award submission deadline. So we'll use them next year.
