One of the areas of expertise for me and my team is creating IT products. Not for clients within an agency, but specifically our own products. And bringing them to market.
So Victor Zhivilkov and I recorded his "Product Podcast", where we discussed SaaS products, agencies, and how one leads to the other.
Victor also has an agency and a product. Both with their own specifics. I mean, we don't compete with each other.
Overall, for agencies, one of the possible development paths is to move into a product. And we touched on that too. For example, 100 million rubles in revenue from an agency and 100 million rubles in revenue from SaaS are completely different money.
In short, I highly recommend watching! Especially for those who are tired of chewing over the topic of Max, Telegram, and chatbots. For startupers who have never dealt with agencies, I think it will also be useful for broadening horizons.
