Mikhail Sofonov has released a book with the daring title "Project Godfather. Deadline". The price of 5,000 rubles for the printed version made me feel stingy seemed high to me, so I was glad to hear that Mikhail partnered with Alexey Pimenov.

Alexey reads the book live every day and uploads the recording for free on Rutube. I listen to it as an audiobook on my way to work. The 6th part out of 7 has already been released. The book is short, written in the style of a business novel. It is not about frameworks and project management tools; this book is about the environment in which the project is implemented and the people who make these projects happen. In 99% of projects, this is forgotten, placing all hopes on Gantt charts or Agile practices.
