Vacancy: Business assistant/executive assistant at the business club Opora
Format: remote work + in-person events in Moscow
Employment: ~6 hours/day

About the project
Opora is a next-generation business club for entrepreneurs and top specialists across Russia and abroad. The project was launched together with Denis Smetnev — co-founder of Skyeng. The club is growing fast, and now we need a person who will become the operational brain of the project.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who can and wants to:
- work systematically
- take responsibility
- independently set up processes
- grow quickly in their career and eventually become the operations director of the club

What you will do
- help organize events
- communicate with club residents
- work a bit with Figma and presentations
- write texts and scripts using GPT

What is important to us
- residence in Moscow
- experience in operations / events
- basic proficiency with GPT
- ability to see tasks through to completion
- high level of responsibility
- desire to grow and develop
- experience as a business assistant or launching your own startup is a plus
