⚡️ Netflix filed an application for registration of its trademark in Russia

Netflix, Inc. is an American entertainment company and streaming service for movies and TV series.

On December 4, 2025, the company won a tender to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery. Netflix announced that it would acquire Warner Bros. Discovery for $72 billion. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
