A marketplace seller had 1,200+ SKUs, three warehouses, and a team of 4 people. Management was done through Excel, WhatsApp, and "call Seryozha, he knows."

Every morning started the same: open the stock table, cross-check with the WB personal account, realize the data was outdated since yesterday's lunch, start calling warehouse workers.

Result: 3–4 hours a day just to understand what's going on. Not to manage — just to understand.

What I did
Built a Telegram Mini App — a seller's personal account right in the messenger. No separate app, no logins and passwords, no "install the program on your computer."
Open Telegram → press a button → see everything.

What's inside:
→ Real-time stock across all warehouses. Data is pulled automatically from 1C and the marketplace API.
→ Alerts: "Product X — 12 units left, at current sales rate will run out in 3 days." Not when it's already gone — but in advance.
→ Warehouse worker scans the product → status updates instantly for the seller. Also via Telegram, also without separate software.
→ A weekly report arrives automatically: turnover, dead stock, what to purchase.

Why Telegram, not a "normal" app?

Because the seller lives in Telegram. Their team lives in Telegram. The warehouse worker lives in Telegram.
Installing a separate app means asking people to change a habit. And nobody wants to change a habit. Especially warehouse worker Seryozha.
TMA works where the team already is. Zero entry barrier.

How it's built

Vibe-coding + n8n + marketplace API + 1C. No builders — they can't handle complex connections between warehouse, marketplace, and accounting system.

Custom code where logic is needed: stock forecasting, purchase prioritization, notification routing by roles (seller sees one thing, warehouse worker another).
Timeline: 14 days from the first call to a working system.

Result

✔️ Minus 3 hours a day on "understanding what's going on"
✔️ Zero situations of "product ran out and I didn't notice" in 2 months
✔️ Warehouse workers started using it on day one — because it's just Telegram
✔️ The seller, for the first time in a year, makes decisions based on data, not gut feeling

If your business is still managed through "call and ask" — it's not a people problem. It's a lack of a system.
