If you eat chaotically, your weight loss efforts are doomed because it will be impossible to maintain a deficit.
When you have a "vagabond" eating style, you do NOT choose what to eat, but react:
- there are cookies in the office - you eat them;
- you pass by a candy bowl - grab a couple;
- colleagues invite you for tea with sweets - you eat more.
This is a state where impulses rule you because the brain has run out of resources to make decisions.
Willpower won't help either, as it will also run out by that point.
How it works:
you have no plan, it's unclear what you'll eat for dinner → each time you waste energy on the agonizing choice: "what to eat so it doesn't settle on my sides and butt?".
As a result, cognitive resources are depleted. It becomes easier to give in to random triggers, and there is more chaos in your diet.
More chaos means more impulsive decisions: eating ice cream to cope with fatigue or bad mood, drinking to relax, etc.
Lack of planning and binges feed each other. And vice versa.
It will be easier for you to handle a sudden desire to eat chocolate when you have a clear plan and structure. Because the brain has resources left for decision-making.
Often behind the phrase "I like to do everything by mood" lies fear.
For many, healthy eating and weight loss are a prison with wardens, rules, and punishments. And spontaneity here acts as an attempt to escape from this prison before you are even put in it.
But planning is the foundation and support that protects your sanity and helps you lose weight. Because planning helps create structure and ensures that the right food is at hand.
Moreover, this doesn't mean you need to plan a month's menu.
For example, in my group program, we can start with just one anchor point. For instance, breakfast.
We make sure that at least one meal a day doesn't require a decision in the moment. Where a person knows for sure that they have a meal where they will get enough protein, it will be filling. And most importantly, they won't have to struggle to whip up something decent from leftover bread, yogurt, and a dead mouse in the fridge.
We pay close attention to planning. This is the task that participants face every Friday: plan their diet or anchor meal for the week and buy groceries.
To make their lives easier, I created an AI assistant: I uploaded my lectures on diet and quick recipes into it. I trained it to consider food preferences and produce a weekly menu so that you can cook a dish once and it lasts for a couple of days for the family. As a result, it provides both the menu and a shopping list in a convenient format.
🔜I am currently recruiting a new group.
As part of the recruitment, I am conducting free consultations "How to become a witch who eats and doesn't get fat".
To get a consultation, you need to fill out the form.
After that, I will contact you.
I will write to everyone.
During the call, I analyze your situation and give individual recommendations.
I only offer the group if it really suits you and will yield results. At the same time, during such a call, you will understand whether working with me is right for you.
🔜 Filling out the form does not obligate you to anything.
But there are only five spots in the group, and once I fill the group, I will stop conducting free calls.
Better fill out the form now: t.me/kuzogroup_bot?start=anketa
