Now let's break down what's written on the slide:
✅ The vacancy includes 5 key roles (positions), not one.
1. Marketing strategist - strategy development, budget management, performance monitoring.
2. Digital marketer - launching projects from scratch, metric analysis, campaign optimization.
3. Project manager - team coordination, contractor management.
4. HR - hiring employees, motivation and team management.
5. Analyst - market, target audience and competitor analysis, metrics, trends.
6. PR marketer - 100% useful when developing a marketing strategy. But this role can be outsourced.

* Each of them, with more than 3 years of experience, costs about 70,000 per month, but for this average salary, good specialists are already employed. Or do you think that at a courier's salary, good marketers are sitting idle? 😁
