Imagine you need to rent out an old, beat-up granny flat. Doing a major renovation takes too long, and let's be honest—you're too cheap. Who knows when the investment will pay off. Plus, time is tight, you need to find tenants right now.

What do you do? Instead of replacing the rotten pipes, scraping mold off the walls, and rewiring the electrical system that remembers Lenin, you take the easy route.

You hastily slap on bright wallpaper, shamefully cover the hole in the floor with an IKEA rug, and mask the persistent smell of mothballs and decay with trendy air fresheners.

In the end, in the photos on Tsian, your granny flat looks like a candy. Tenants are thrilled, the contract is signed, you're rubbing your hands together.

But within a month, the wallpaper is eaten by mold, the kettle shorts out the wiring, and the toilet erupts a fountain of brown sludge. Furious tenants demand their money back and threaten to sue.

In the end, you get a ton of hassle and extra expenses. New investments are needed. It would have been easier to just do the major renovation from the start.

☑️Of course, in real life you wouldn't do that :)

But this is an example of what the desire to lose weight by a certain date looks like: by summer, a friend's wedding, your husband's anniversary, etc.

The race begins. Some go on a kefir diet, some join a slimness marathon, some suddenly switch to chicken breast and buckwheat.

For the sake of bikini photos, you can endure: eat tasteless food, force yourself to move more, tolerate hunger, lethargy, and fatigue.

And then what?

Then you can relax, because the goal is achieved.
Rebound sets in. Lost 5, gained back 6.

You tell yourself: okay, I'll eat now, and then by New Year/vacation/corporate party I'll get my act together. I know how to lose weight... And it starts all over again. The circle closes.

And you'll never get out of it as long as weight loss is tied to some date.

I know how hard it is to change this pattern in your head. But is losing weight by summer worth the disappointment that follows?

There's another way. Restructure your diet and habits so that by next summer you don't need to lose anything. And never have to lose weight by a certain date again. Because you're always in the shape you need to be.

Agree, it's great to put on summer clothes without fear: "Will they fit?" and not worry every time—whether the jeans shrank in the wash or you actually gained weight?

Summer is just around the corner, and it's much easier to start making changes now.

If you start now, by autumn you'll have built a foundation that will support you through the long dreary winter :)

In the "It Just Happened" club, that's exactly what we do: build a solid foundation. A major renovation, if you will :)

And we do it without being boring killjoys. We don't sit around with serious faces discussing the benefits of proteins and broccoli. We implement changes in small steps, through challenges, excitement, and support.

And in a circle of like-minded people, all changes come much easier, don't you agree?

Come join us—it's warm, fun, and there are no iron fists.

You can purchase participation for 1, 3, or 6 months for 1800, 4500, or 7900 respectively. Renewal is cheaper :)
