Most startups have adopted AI and are implementing it as a tool to speed up or reduce production costs: "We used to test a hypothesis in 3 days, now in 1; we used to have two programmers, now we have one." But this is all an evolutionary approach; it doesn't offer anything new for users and saves a bit of money for businesses. But everyone has received this magic wand, or will receive it soon. So it's unlikely to give your startup any significant boost. Initially, all businesses will get a little more profit, but then someone in the market will lower the price, everyone will follow, and the magic will end.

But who has thought of revolutions? Applying AI in a way that truly gives your business a non-competitive advantage (not a new product based on AI, but enhancing an old one). Providing tools and capabilities that were previously unimaginable? There are few cases so far, but here's a well-known one:

Translation of Twitter (X) - i.e., it was previously impossible to imagine a scenario where the largest social network would be translated into multiple languages. But now, welcome - a new experience, authors get more views, and users can interact with representatives of other cultures.

This site Tambur - we have implemented special projects - websites with a wow effect that are easy to advertise on Instagram, while engaging users in the site's mechanics - they need to register, subscribe, use notifications, etc. Previously, this would have required a significant budget or programmer resources; now creating such a page takes 1.5 hours, but posts gather thousands of views, and the conversion to registration is 5-9%.

Neuro music - almost all streaming services have introduced this. Streaming pays musicians for each song play; approximately 30-70% of the money you pay for a Spotify subscription goes to musicians. And large companies really don't want to pay authors such large sums. So the first attempt at "How to keep users listening to the app without paying musicians" was podcasts. Podcast authors didn't ask for money, but the mechanics were similar for the user, though not music. Then AI appeared that can generate music, especially background music for work, and no royalties need to be paid for it.
