You can copy the full text and fixed bugs, but the most important thing that affects gameplay and influences outcomes is the same old change to a single element. You can read the full text here

In the fight against hero-computer tempers, the chosen strategy is preserved in the tactical phase of ranged enemies.

Important changes to the ranged system:

  • Ranged enemies are now separated for each hero game. The preservation of ranged enemies only works when fighting neutral opponents. In battles against objects or other heroes, armies are placed on positions regardless of umming. Preservation occurs at the moment the tactical phase ends in fights with neutral opponents. If by any chance (e.g., when attacking or facing an enemy on a square), the range cannot be preserved on the previous position – it is placed on the position by umming. The removal of ranged enemies also means that, in any turn, ranged enemies are found in the slots of armies or heroes.
  • Ranged enemies are now separated for each hero game.
My opinion: This is straight forward, what needed to be done. The game has become unnecessarily complicated, where you have to calculate for each single move whether to preserve range or not - resulting in every battle being too tedious.
