"The scales say I'm a witch!"
That's what a client wrote to me the other day :)

On the chart, there's a steady downward trend in weight.
What's most pleasant: this is after a vacation mode that flowed into a birthday.

Well, a witch, no less))

But there's no magic here. Instead, there's a built system that allows you to be a witch who eats and doesn't gain weight :)

So what is this system?
To simplify greatly, it consists of three things: physiology, skills, and support.

Here's what I mean:

1. Physiology.
Weight decreases when you get less energy from food than you expend.
But "eating less" doesn't mean starving, choking on salad, and only eating pizza in your wet dreams.
You need a diet that leaves you full, satisfied, and easy to stick to. And physical activity should be integrated seamlessly, so it adds energy rather than takes it away.

2. Skills, to make physiology work.

These are often what's missing to become a witch.
Some of them:

➡️ the ability to cope with a "fattening" environment. Cookies and cakes at the office, husband brings sweets home, sometimes the workplace is literally in the kitchen. In short, the environment pushes you: "let's eat," even if you're not hungry.

➡️ understanding whether you're hungry or just tired;

➡️ choosing foods that keep you full longer;

➡️ not stress-eating or eating when tired, etc.

It's skills that help you avoid binges even in difficult circumstances.

The main pitfall here: taking too big a step, getting tired, and giving up too soon.

3. Support.

What helps you not give up and lose results in moments when you want to throw it all away. And such moments will inevitably come: they are an integral part of the journey.

And the most important thing here is that support is gentle, not a dismissive "I know you can do it" or "well, you don't eat dog food, so don't touch the cookie either."

It's very important to feel that everything is okay with you. And that wanting a cookie is okay. And suddenly finishing the borscht from the pot is also okay.
The task of support is to help figure out why it happened, find a tool to deal with it, and calmly move on.

It's the tuning of these three components that leads to the state of "no longer need to worry whether an eclair will settle on my hips." Because you have everything under control and an inner sense of grounding.

There is no main or secondary here.
If even one part falls out, the whole structure starts to wobble, like a stool missing a leg.

It's on this system that my group is built. I created it for those who want to implement the system (= become a witch) together with me.

🌺I am now opening enrollment for a new group.

As part of this enrollment, I have free calls with subscribers.

During the call, we analyze why you can't lose weight.

Often the problem is not the cookie at night or lack of willpower.

In practice, almost always a completely different place is lacking, which you can't see yourself. I'll show it and give recommendations on what to do to get the process moving.

If I see that the group is suitable, I offer it. I don't impose or push anything)
This call is not binding. But you'll leave with a bunch of recommendations and also understand whether working with me is right for you.

To sign up for a call, fill out the questionnaire. It has 5 questions and takes 3 minutes. Here's the link: t.me/kuzogroup_bot?start=anketa
