I don't try by hook or by crook to drag everyone into my group).
Because not every problem can be solved with the same program.
Who do I usually take into the group?
Women who have tried to lose weight many times before.
Those who have a history of diets, marathons, calorie counting, fitness programs. There was a result, but always a rebound.
Women who haven't lost weight for years but come to the conclusion that it won't resolve itself, and they need to finally figure it out properly.
That is, those who want not another burst of willpower, but a system that will help them lose weight and keep it off. That's exactly what I help build.
In the group, we work on gaining control over your weight. So that ultimately you can stop thinking about food, weight loss, and living in fear that after 40 "your belly will still grow because of hormones and menopause."
Who do I not take?
Those who want an overseer to stand with a stick and nag. That's not my method. Moreover, I believe that a gentle attitude towards oneself is the key to success. Criticism hinders progress.
People with diagnosed eating disorders. In this case, individual work with a psychologist specializing in eating disorders is needed.
Pregnant women: here the individual format is very important, and only if there are no other contraindications.
People who expect everything to change without their participation. That's why, by the way, I never pressure: I want people to come to work consciously :)
In short, I take into the group those whom I can truly help. If I see that a person has a condition or diagnosis requiring a different form of help, I will honestly say so. It's important to me that the work is safe and effective.
So my process is set up like this:
— Those interested fill out a questionnaire
— I write to each person. Sometimes I immediately explain why the program is not suitable. Sometimes I suggest a call.
— On the call, we discuss the client's current situation and talk about goals. In any case, I give valuable advice on what should be adjusted first. If I understand that I can lead to a result, I offer a coaching group.
The group requires 100% involvement in each person's situation. So I don't take many people. Usually I have 3-4 people. And each time, participants note that they now have a system, and weight loss happens without tightening the screws and the feeling of "I'm on a diet again."
Here's what one participant wrote:
"The main thing the group work gave me is a system and confidence. I can lose the next kilograms too. I know how to recover after 'binges' with pizza. My life won't be dull and dreary without treats - it will be balanced, but I will remain the mistress, not the cravings, excuse the pathos."
There will be only 4 spots in the new group.
Fill out the questionnaire via the link to book a call and figure out what to do with your weight specifically.
