Intuitive eating, keto, calorie counting, exercise - none of it works!

I have clients who are sure they've tried everything. On the surface, they do everything right.
But in reality, they were looking for the cause in the wrong place.

Let me give a few examples to make it clear. Names have been changed.

1️⃣ Ira thought she just needed to cut out potatoes, pasta, and all that fattening stuff. She cut them out, but the weight didn't go away, and she barely had enough energy to get to bed.

In reality, her diet was low in protein, high in fat, and she added honey to her tea. Because of these small details, there was no calorie deficit.

We added protein, potatoes, and pasta. We reduced fats through sauces and removed honey from tea. The portions even became larger.

She wrote: "I followed your recommendations today. I felt more full and pleasant than usual." A month later, she was already down two kilograms, and she had enough energy for the whole day. And we hadn't even started fine-tuning the calories yet.

2️⃣ Dasha was sure her problem was that she loved sweets too much: once it got into her mouth, she couldn't stop.

She thought she just needed to "fall out of love" with sweets or somehow learn to restrain herself.

But trying to fall out of love with something you've adored since childhood is like trying to grind minced meat back: a lot of hassle, zero results.

Dasha's issue turned out to be that she didn't have a planned lunch. When hunger struck, she often had croissants on hand.

Of course, you'll eat them out of hunger until you're full, even if you don't particularly like baked goods.

We implemented lunch planning, and she started eating less sweets. Her weight also began to drop. She didn't have to fall out of love with sweets)

3️⃣ Lena knew a lot about nutrition. She tried to eat only healthy food.

And when we looked for reasons why her weight wasn't decreasing, we found them in unexpected places. Lena was looking where she was used to: in baked goods, sweets, and potatoes.

But in reality, this came to light:
- in the evening while watching a series, a glass of sunflower seeds - 500 kcal
- in the morning after breakfast, a smoothie - 350 kcal

That's half of the daily intake just from these unnoticeable things.

🔜And that's only 3 examples I've broken down!

There are hundreds of pitfalls, and you can't fit a square peg into a round hole tell everyone "stop eating sweets at night" as a universal solution. That's why even in a group, I work with clients essentially individually.

That's why I keep the group to no more than five people: to have the ability to devote energy and attention to each participant.

I created the group format to create an environment that pushes for change. When you see others doing something, it becomes easier for you to do it yourself.

🔜I am now opening enrollment for a new group.

To better understand the client's situation, I have a preliminary call.

During the call, we analyze why weight loss isn't working. Often, the issue isn't the "cookie at night" but high workload and stress levels.
Already at this stage, it becomes clear why previous attempts didn't work.

I give recommendations on what needs to be done to get the process going.

If I see that the group is suitable, I offer it. I don't impose or push anything) This call is not binding. But you will leave with a bunch of recommendations and also understand whether working with me is right for you.

To sign up for a call, fill out the questionnaire. It has 5 questions and takes 3 minutes. Fill out the questionnaire here: t.me/kuzogroup_bot?start=anketa
