It's very simple: don't try to lose weight in a way that doesn't suit you.

Because you can take even a working tool and successfully ruin yourself with it.

For example, calorie counting is a great tool. But for some people, it increases anxiety and fixation on food. And at some point, instead of calm weight loss, a person gets fear of food, guilt over an extra spoonful, and swings between strict control and binges.

The same tool gives another person clarity and calmness.

🔜One tool, two opposite outcomes.

And here you can fall into a trap: it's very difficult to choose your own tool on your own.

It's like putting diesel into a gasoline engine just because "it's also fuel, and everyone does it at the gas station." You can pour it in, but the car won't go anywhere after that, and the repair will be expensive.

No, it's not that you know too little: I'm sure you've read everything about the tools.

They are chosen not from a list, but from your situation.
And you can't see your situation from the inside.

Let's take an example.

I regularly read posts on Threads about: the body doesn't give up a single gram. Only if I start eating 1300 kcal, but even then, half a kilo goes away in three weeks in that mode.

The authors usually conclude: if I have to suffer so much for a measly half kilo, then screw it, I'll be fat but full. It's not meant to be.

But I hear at least four different stories here, and they require completely different actions:

1️⃣ classic of the genre: undercounting. A spoonful of oil in the pan, nuts from the bag, coffee with milk. I've seen these "1300" dozens of times. In reality, it's 1800, just half isn't counted because "it's a trifle."

2️⃣ metabolic adaptation: the body gets little food for years and adapts by reducing expenditure;

3️⃣ what about ferritin? The problem here is not about food at all. Low iron → cells lack oxygen, which is needed to oxidize fat. The process is sluggish + no energy, you move less. Weight loss bingo)

4️⃣ everything is going according to plan, just slower than she expected. Besides, weight is not the only measure: fat can be lost, but it's not visible on the scale due to water and glycogen.

▪️Four reasons, four different solutions, but the same feeling of "this is hard, it's not meant to be, I'll go eat."

It's extremely difficult to see such things on your own from the inside. Because no one can see themselves from the outside. Not me, not you, not anyone.

🍍 I'm currently having free calls with subscribers.
We analyze your specific situation, and I tell you where that blind spot is and what to do first.

Why am I doing this?
I have a coaching group for 4 participants.
It's not beneficial for me to take someone who won't fit: they'll waste money, not get results, and I'll waste energy and time, getting even more gray hair. Why do we need this mutual stress?

So we talk first.
And in any case, I tell you what to do, even if we don't work together.

✔️One girl came with her weight stuck no matter what she did. Calorie counting, workouts - but the kilos wouldn't budge. I recommended checking her iron. She checked, added a dose, and the process started.

✔️Another couldn't handle her sweet cravings. As soon as she got nervous, she'd binge on pastries. She tried replacing sweets with complex carbs. I suggested the opposite: not replacing, but adding carbs to regular meals.

She didn't join my program: it wasn't suitable for her. But a couple of weeks later, she wrote. Minus 5 kg, feeling great. I even asked if she was mistaken.

Their messages are in the screenshots.

There were other stories too. Almost no one looked for the cause where it actually was.

What you get from the call: an answer to why you haven't succeeded before and where to start. Not "add protein," but what's needed in your specific situation.

I'm doing these analyses while I'm recruiting the group, which has only 4 spots. Once the group is full, I won't have time for calls.
