


In Vladivostok, a 43-year-old resident of Karbyshev Street is accused of forging documents and illegally cutting down trees in the courtyard of an apartment building.
According to the investigation, the man fabricated a protocol of an extraordinary meeting of owners. The papers contained false information that residents agreed to the removal of green spaces. With this document, he obtained permission to cut down 10 trees, which were listed as emergency. After that, 20 trees were cut down.
The expert assessment estimated the damage to the Vladivostok administration at approximately 250 thousand rubles. The case is being investigated under Part 1 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Part 3 of Article 260 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. These articles carry a penalty of up to seven years in prison.
