An idea for those who do renovations and such.

Provide an instruction manual for using the apartment or house! This is brilliant, damn it!

When I was building a house, I tried to create this manual myself, because I understood that in a year I would forget where the wiring goes and where the pipe is buried...

But I never perfected this idea; everything remained in notes and drafts.

The idea is for the crew or contractor to keep a chronology of the work and compile it all into a journal of stages with explanations. Fortunately, with AI you can easily create templates that can then be quickly turned into a clear book with instructions for all occasions.

Sections:
* heated floor
* wiring
* water
* possible breakdowns
* what and when to replace
* description of materials (where and what is laid).

This will be useful for residents and will also play a role when selling.
