Beginners sometimes ask: "What should I choose?"
I'll briefly explain how our directions differ and what they are suitable for.

🧘‍♀️Hatha Yoga — if you want to feel progress

These classes are for those who want to stay in shape, keep their body strong, flexible, and gradually master new possibilities.

Each month we thoroughly explore one movement direction: for example, backbends, forward bends, splits and wide steps, balances and stands. This format helps move forward much more confidently and notice real progress.

At the same time, the practice always remains balanced: the body works as a whole, developing strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Hatha yoga teaches an important skill: being in touch with the body, noticing your sensations, understanding where you can add effort and where it's better to slow down.

Hatha yoga classes are suitable for those who love the process of development and want to feel their body alive, strong, and flexible.

🌿Healthy Back — if your body asks for relief
If after a workday your lower back aches, there's tension between your shoulder blades, or you feel a "wooden" back and heavy head — this is the result of lack of movement. In daily life, we sit a lot, carry heavy things, and stay in uncomfortable positions for a long time. As a result, some muscles become overstrained, while others barely work.

"Healthy Back" classes help:
💫relieve overstrained muscles
💫restore natural mobility to the spine
💫feel lightness in movement

Often after the first class, people say: "I feel better, I can breathe deeply."

🎾 Yoga + MFR — if you want to quickly release tension and feel grounded
This is a practice where yoga is combined with elements of self-massage using rollers and balls.

First, we gently work on tense muscles — improving their nutrition and mobility. Then we reinforce this effect through yoga exercises. Additionally, working on an unstable surface (rollers) develops balance, stability, and coordination — the body learns to move more harmoniously.

This practice often gives the feeling: "My body feels freer, I feel grounded."

⚖️And importantly, you don't have to choose one of these activities "once and for all." You can combine different classes throughout the week to keep your body in balance.
