Tested a new simulator that will appeal to everyone who uses or is just learning to use the Kanban method.

Many are familiar with kanbanboardgame.com — a classic simulator (based on GetKanban v2) often used in training. But lately it has started requiring a VPN. Kanbangame.ru is essentially a convenient alternative: the same idea, but with a number of improvements.

What I liked:
🔘 you can choose the economic model (subscription or fixed card cost)
🔘 there is a buffer before the Ready To Deploy release
🔘 the effects of “intangible” tasks are explained more clearly
🔘 added proper analytics for Lead Time (distribution + scatterplot)
