The problems are the same: we cannot plan resources (40%), and we cannot determine how many resources are needed to implement a project; we cannot prioritize — that means we cannot choose what to do first, second, etc.

The effectiveness of project offices is determined in descending order as: on time and within budget, implementation of the most significant projects, revenue growth and cost reduction.

Success/failure is determined subjectively by measuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Project prioritization is increasingly done by order from top managers of the company.

And finally, interesting: 75% of projects lack sufficient resources for implementation. The project exists, but there are no resources. Such projects are most often implemented under severe pressure.
