We inform you about an important technical update of the "Nalegke" platform.

Our previous domain kartadela.ru and its subdomains were blocked by the operator Megafon without clear explanations of the reasons. For a long time, we tried to resolve the situation through official requests, but unfortunately, we did not receive a working solution. Because of this, some users, especially those with Megafon SIM cards, began experiencing problems accessing the application and services.

To avoid further disruptions for clients and partners, we made an emergency decision to fully transfer the platform to a new domain:

New platform domain: karta-dela.ru
New web office address: office.karta-dela.ru

What is important to know:
— old links and the old domain no longer work;
— the migration is already complete;
— for correct operation, updating the mobile application is required;
— the automatic notification about the mandatory update may not be displayed now, so the update needs to be done manually.

Why this is important:
We understand that such changes cause inconvenience. It is especially unfortunate that this happened not on our initiative, but due to an external block, which we tried to influence civilly and directly for a long time. But it was fundamentally more important for us to quickly restore stable service operation than to continue waiting for a response while users suffer.

What to do now:

1. Use only the new domain and new links.
2. Update the mobile application to the latest version.
3. If necessary, contact our support.
