Job responsibilities:
— Develop and implement the corporate identity of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Government based on the existing brand
— Build a unified ecosystem of visual communications: from presentations and official documents to social networks
— Create and oversee a design system for government bodies and municipalities (templates, guidelines, application standards)
— Become a co-author of the large-scale campaign "Yamal-100" (for the 100th anniversary of the region in 2030)
— Unite regional designers, set quality standards, and share expertise
— Implement special projects, collaborations, and non-standard visual solutions
