Rumors of an impending change in leadership at Apple have been confirmed: on September 1, Tim Cook will step down as CEO. His successor is John Ternus, the current Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering.

Few noticed that over the past six months, a number of key top managers have left the company. Alan Dye (VP of Interface Design — moved to Meta), Jeff Williams (COO — retired), as well as the chief legal officer, AI director, and many other company veterans have departed.

💡 Interesting fact: Tim Cook is leaving the CEO post exactly 15 years after his appointment. During this time, he turned Apple into the world's first company worth $4 trillion, increasing its market capitalization more than 10 times since Steve Jobs left.

There are no official comments on the reasons for the "mass exodus." What do you think it's related to?
