Colleagues from Kaiten and "Career Factory" conducted a survey among IT specialists about what they consider professional growth and what skills they plan to develop in the coming year.

The guys shared exclusive results with me. It turned out that for the majority, growth is not only an increase in salary or a move to another company, but also the opportunity to influence the product and strategy.

Among the skills that respondents plan to develop, the top ones are AI tools, product thinking, and management. The focus is shifting from completing one's own tasks to a deep understanding of the product, processes, and decisions made.
