Requirements:
— higher professional education
— work experience 3-6 years

- experience leading IT direction (from 3 years);
- understanding of web development (CMS, API, UX/UI);
- knowledge of legal framework in information security
- ability to set tasks and motivate the team;
- knowledge of government IT processes, experience in EdTech or social platforms

Job responsibilities:
- manage the team of the information products department (back/front-end, designers, analysts, information security specialist)
- coordinate the creation of a digital product (from technical specifications to launch)
- interact with the customer (department + directors and representatives of subordinate institutions) and stakeholders
- find and organize work with contractors
- oversee the portal
- control quality and deadlines, eliminate risks
