For us, this is not just a formal checkbox, but an important step in the development of "Karta Dela".

We are building an application through which legal companies work with their clients: case statuses, documents, notifications, payments, chat, and service support. Therefore, the legal framework is critical here.

What has already been done:

— filed a notification with Roskomnadzor;
— prepared a Personal Data Processing Policy;
— prepared a User Agreement for the application;
— prepared a separate consent for the processing of personal data;
— separated roles: where Nalegke acts as an operator, and where it processes data on behalf of the legal company;
— documented the logic of the application, Bitrix24 integration, documents, chats, and notifications.

Simply put: we are not just making a convenient application for the client of a legal company. We are building it from the start as a proper, legally compliant digital service.

For LegalTech, this is the foundation. Especially if the service works with client cases, documents, payments, and personal data.
