Client was surprised: "Wow, so fast!"

I sent her a report with recommendations in the morning.

Actually, the whole picture of her products came together for me as soon as she sent me photos of them late the previous evening - beautiful designer guitars. And answers to my clarifying questions.

Thoughts immediately started racing in my head, and I quickly recorded them in a voice recorder and notes.

I needed the morning to double-check all thoughts with a fresh mind and write them out so that the client and her partner would immediately understand what and how to do.

When my recommendations are ready, for verification and out of curiosity, I now run the products through 5 AIs and see what they suggest.

In practice, they usually give 1-2 ideas that I didn't see, and they miss 2-3 of the most important strategies plus 5-10 small thoughts.
Often they don't even notice the most key thing that turns the whole project development around.

Here, one of the AIs suggested another good idea, I added it to the report and developed 5 more recommendations from it.

Two others chattered superficial nonsense.
And, of course, I had to bring them back to Russian realities. Otherwise, they even like to mold client behavior motivations based on American templates.

None of them came up with the 20 recommendations I gave.

I finalized the report and sent it to the client.
"Analysis in an hour" took a total of 1h15 to compile the report and ~40 minutes for initial negotiations with the client and recording the flying ideas in the process.
