Weekly Results 📌
We continue to develop "Karta Dela" and NalegkeOS. This week we improved the client journey, the service catalog, and the partner program, created a new workflow constructor, and prepared two mobile app themes.
And most importantly — we launched another company 🚀
What we did this week 👇
📂 Updated the logic of "Karta Dela"
Now the client's active case is correctly identified, and a new lead is created using the updated logic. This makes the client's path within the system more consistent and understandable.
🛍 Continuing to develop the service catalog
The catalog is gradually becoming a separate point of sale within the app: the client can learn about other company services and leave a request without leaving "Karta Dela".
🤝 Developing the partner section
We continue working on the referral mechanics in the mobile app — a tool that will turn recommendations from existing clients into a new channel for inquiries.
📱 Improved stories
Now you can pause a story with a simple tap. A small change that makes the familiar mobile scenario more convenient.
🖼 Fixed the registration screen
Improved the display of the company image and logo during client registration.
⚙️ Created a new workflow constructor
One of the main product updates of the week.
The new constructor will allow more flexible configuration of processes for different tasks and business logic of a specific company.
For us, this is an important step: NalegkeOS should not force businesses to adapt to the system, but rather adapt to the real processes of the company.
🌗 Developed day and night themes
The design of "Karta Dela" will automatically change depending on the client's device settings.
And a little more than just development:
🐱 "Nalegke Technology" now has its own stickers in Telegram.
Now the Nalegke cat will accompany us not only within the product 😄
🚀 And the main thing — this week we launched another company.
For us, each new implementation is an opportunity to test the product on real processes, get feedback from the team and clients, and make the system even better.
Moving forward. See you next week!
