Location: Salekhard (hybrid format possible at the start)

Conditions:

Salary: from 3,000,000 ₽ per year (negotiable individually, based on the level of tasks and experience)

Requirements:
— higher education
— high proficiency in graphic editors (Figma, Adobe CC, CorelDRAW)
— developed visual taste and professional sense: you feel the line between "trendy" and "appropriate", able to work on a long-term image
— experience with guidelines and understanding of how a design system works in real, often multi-tasking projects
— systems thinking: ability to see the big picture, follow regulations, and work cohesively with the team
— readiness to work in a government context: responsibility, clear procedures, but also the right to professional initiative within the task

Job Responsibilities:
— manage graphic tasks end-to-end: from concept to preparing files for print and digital
— scale successful solutions: adapt them to new formats while maintaining style unity and brand recognition
— work within the approved design system, strictly follow the guideline, and ensure visual hygiene at all stages
— comprehensively assess the task: understand its place in the overall strategy, prioritize, and act within your area of responsibility according to the implementation plan
