🔴 This synergy allows any "restaurant" not only to successfully handle current tasks but also to grow. In project work, control and precision are important, while in product work, systematicity, creativity, and planning are key.

🔴 A product requires a dedicated team. One-to-one target relationship: one team — one product.

The main value of the book is that it is written for those who are "in the field." It is a tutorial of common sense in management. There are no perfect plans, only your ability to adapt and manage expectations.


P.S. The book is easy to read, but leaves behind a clear list of questions for your current project. A good addition to the library.
