▪️ According to data from the Defin platform and the online service AIM, nearly 40% of employees are so dissatisfied with their current job that they are ready to leave in 2026. The reasons are classic: low salary (66%), lack of growth (48%), and overtime (37%).
▪️ And here arises the main paradox. Despite the desire to leave for better conditions, the financial cushion for most is critically small: 24% have no savings at all, 38% can survive without work for only one month, and only 6% can afford to look for a new place for more than six months.
It turns out to be a vicious circle: people want more, but the fear of being left without money forces them to hold on to a job they dislike or, as 41% of respondents admitted, agree to less favorable offers.
