This was stated by Sergey Golitsyn, head of the "T1 Artificial Intelligence" division of IT holding T1.

At the same time, pilot implementations were carried out in 88% of companies. The problem lies in chaos: if data is unstructured and processes are not streamlined, AI does not work. Businesses have to organize their systems and create a platform for working with AI.

The focus is shifting from models to infrastructure. It is expensive, but it delivers real results and ROI.
